Production Worker – Sewing Department

About your role on the team

As a production worker, you’ll be responsible for manufacturing products for the sports, leisure, and industrial sectors.

The production process begins in the cutting department, where the technical textiles are cut. Next, it’s your job to use the sewing machine to turn the material into a beautiful finished product. Together with your colleagues, you’ll work on our customers’ orders, using technical drawings created by our drafters. During your training period, you’ll learn everything about the job and get to know the various machines, so that you can work independently after your training period.

We require

• MBO Level 3.
• At least 2 years of work experience as a production worker.
• Experience with industrial sewing machines or in the garment industry is a plus.
• A good command of the Dutch language or proof that you are learning the language.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• You are motivated, work neatly, and prioritize quality.

Efficiency and checking your own work are key factors; delivering quality is a top priority for you. Based on your work experience, you know how important it is for the customer to receive a high-quality product. You are eager to learn, contribute ideas, and take initiative. Although the shifts are primarily day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM, you are open to working different hours at certain times or occasionally working an extra hour.
